Twisted rope that tied all six brave divers BOMBA Pasukan Penyelamat Di Air (PPDA) , Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia (JBPM)  ( Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia ) are believed to be the cause of drowned.

They were in mission to Search And Rescue (SAR) a teenage boy that missing in the same location.
