Little Caliphs Penang Review and Fee 2018

This is the First Part in my survey and review for best school for my 4 years son next year.
Please know that everything that I’m sharing here is just my personal opinion and experience only. Different people see different things right? So please don’t take only my opinion in your overall this school.
Focus in my sharing is what is school can provide to kids, environment and of course the very important to us as parents is their fees !
For The Little Caliphs, I came across in their Facebook Page that they are scheduled for Open Day. So this is the very a good chance for me to visit the school, meet their teacher and look for their environment!
On that Open Day, of course I bring together my son, so that he know , at least have some clue what is a school and what is going to be next year.
The Little Caliph this branch, (yea they have many branch but not every branch have same environment and fee) it have outdoor playground, under roof, it’s very safe although a bit small.
Inside the building, it’s actually double story house terrace, first floor is for 4 and 5 year old ( no classroom), kitchen and bathroom, and in second floor, have classroom for 6 years old.
For me, it’s a quite crowded and kids cannot be focus seems there is no partition or divider for 4 and 5 years old. But they have a big kitchen and clean bathroom area that I believe it's very comfortable for the kids . ( yes I do visit their bathroom ! ) .
All the teacher are very friendly, they explained to me very details what is in syllabus, what they will learn, and ya, The Little Caliph famous known for their kids achievement in academic and Islamic ! That I think is very important too !

After explaining on the syllabus of course I will ask few question that already planning in my mind.
Some of the question are;
Q: What is the time in The Little Caliph and If I fetch my son late, what is the max time and the charges?
A: The Little Caliph TIME
Half Day : 8.00am - 12pm
Full Day : 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Additional Charge RM15 monthly for ustaz teach mengaji after 12pm
Late charge if fetch after 6.00 pm: RM10
Max time fetch until 7.00pm
Q:My son still wearing diapers, and still potty training. Is it acceptable here?
A:Is normal for 4 years still wearing diapers, teacher will train them while they are here
( this is soo good ! )
That’s is I think a must question that we need to ask when we survey school for our kids.
And from my observation ( I drive and stop for awhile before and after my working hour to observe ) in the morning, teacher will wait from inside of school gate, when parents drop their kids, teacher will go out, some will open door and hold kid’s hands. Same when kids want to return home, teacher will send to the car / motorcycle of their parents, Which I think this is very impressive and good for safety, and also it is convenient for parent, no need to park and walk to the school and also safe time!
Back when I attend The Little Caliph Open Day , yes they provide me the FEE structure . ( This is soo important ! ) So here is the FEE structure for The Little Caliph Taman Free School Penang 2018.

If look at the photo of the Fee Stucture , Registration Fee + Programme Fee + Student Attire + Books and Additional Fee = TOTAL RM1598 !
( If Full Day ) so parents, you know what to do now if want to enroll your child here :)
It’s include together learning books, uniform and first monthly fee. But not include Outdoor Trip, End Year Convocation and other fees as not written in the Fee Structure.

The fees are a bit similar to my son's LC but mine here is a bit more expensive. Huhuhu..Just wanna cry..I believe each LC is different. Mine..just say, that i wont be enrolling my other kids there. Good Luck!!
